If I'm not mistaken, it needs to be taken no more than 6 months.If the photo used for application fulfills the requirement, I don't see why it cannot be used for P2 again.

Once you submit your declaration, address and photo on "Permanent Resident Portal", it takes few days (could be 1 day, 1 week or a 1 month) for IRCC to verify. Once verified, your eCOPR will be uploaded in the same portal. You will receive an email saying you can now download your eCOPR from the Permanent Resident Portal.Good news! To complete the above you will be asked to:
- confirm that you are currently residing in Canada
- provide your current mailing address in Canada so that we can mail you your permanent resident card
