If the photo used for application fulfills the requirement, I don't see why it cannot be used for P2 again.

My P1 - July 30th.
P2 - Waiting.

I am a single applicant. My application is EE PNP.

Did you upload the same digital photo that you uploaded while filing the application or you uploaded new digital photo in P2? Do we also need to upload the back of the photo that has date of birth, shop where photo was taken, receipt ?

I uploaded a different one, but you can upload the same one you used for application if that photo is taken no more than 12 months ago. You don't have to upload the back of the photo or any receipt.

Good news! We are ready to finalize your status as a permanent resident (PR) in Canada through our secure online Permanent Resident Portal.

To complete the above you will be asked to:

  • confirm that you are currently residing in Canada
  • provide your current mailing address in Canada so that we can mail you your permanent resident card
  • upload a photo in a digital format that will be used for your permanent resident card

Should they be now uploading the eCOPR on the gc key portal? How much time does it takes?

Once you submit your declaration, address and photo on "Permanent Resident Portal", it takes few days (could be 1 day, 1 week or a 1 month) for IRCC to verify. Once verified, your eCOPR will be uploaded in the same portal. You will receive an email saying you can now download your eCOPR from the Permanent Resident Portal.
