Check your email's spam folder just in case.

How do people learn their VO. I tried sending a mail / message through the portal, and they just said I wouldn't get a response until after 6 months from my application.

Folks who have quick processing get to know their VO in the PPR emails is what I have read in these forums, I got it by calling IRCC on the phone. The other option is ordering GCMS notes.

When I called IRCC I followed a long list of automated instructions, at the end of which, they said information that was available in the tracker, and they didn't have any agents available to answer further questions :[

yes it is not easy to get through, try 2-3 times or the next day

Eligibility met but background hasn't started

AoR 7th May
BCG in progress.
Last update was on 19th July when Eligibility was completed on IRCC tracker.
On GC key, I am seeing this message: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"

Just called IRCC.
Medical passed but expired so they might ask it again.
Eligibility met but background hasn't started yet.
Primary VO: CPC Edmonton
Secondary : OSC Ottawa

Yes you can use caller apps like text now which is a third party app not available on play store or app store

Upfront Medicals & Biometrics linked from previous visa application
Medical passed and biometrics linked: 1st June 2023

Tracker status:

Medicals: Completed
Biometrics: Completed
Background check: In progress
Eligibility: Not started

Any thoughts on timeline to PPR?
