Hi everyone, I received my AOR on may 29th, 2020. I paid 1125 online but for the difference amount should I wait for them to ask for it or should I pay it online? If I should pay online then what is the procedure?

And for Biometrics mine is still valid until 2027 (the one I got during my study permit) so do I have to get the Biometrics done again? If yes, then how can I get it done in Toronto?

Please do let me know soon.

Thank you!

I would pay the fees right away, to avoid any delays because of fees. You can pay that here
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=10115
Print the receipt and send it through web form.

Biometrics, I'm not sure, because even I have biometrics valid until 2030 but, when I called CIC he said temporary residence biometrics is different than permanent residence so you have to do it again, It doesn't make sense but that's what the agent told me.

Does anyone know if the R10 check has to be completed before we can request GCMS notes? the request form's acceptable formats don't seem to allow the temp UCI number that we have before R10 check aligns our application with our actual UCI number...

It's best to request the GCMS file after R10 stage. Also UCI number is not a required piece of information to obtain your GCMS file, you can leave this form filed empty.

All the best everyone

I have speeding ticket on my license which I got on 31st Dec 2018 along with 3 points. DO you think it will create any problem in my PR processing or RCMP clearance ? Appreciate any quick response here. Thank you.

Hi, A friend of mine applied for CEC on May 6, 2020. Got AOR notification same day I think.
-Has submitted fee difference of $285 CAD along with the application. Followed up on webform to make sure IRCC received it because online submitted application still shows $1125 CAD and not the complete application fees. IRCC confirmed for his webform response that fee difference receipt was received and is being sent to respective office.

- Did medicals on time but was unable to give X-Ray at the same time due to Covid situation. Got it done and submitted it through webform.

But still no notification about biometrics or No movement in his account. Is this normal ? Been long time after May 6, 2020. Thank you!

This I normal. Most applications are delayed and the processing will take longer than expected. If you have submitted the application, then you re all good and just wait.

NO
Thats violation but not a criminal offence, if you are caught drink and drive thats criminal and that causes problem, even after getting PR one might loose it for criminal offence or violent crime but speeding ticket is irrelevant to PR process

Hi, I applied for CEC from within Canada on May 25, 2020 and sent additional fee receipt attached with the letter of explanation. However, yesterday I received an additional document request for the receipts of fees. I uploaded both receipts in that document section i.e. for fee difference as well as regular application fee.

Has this happened to anyone else? And why do you think they failed to notice the receipt attached with the letter of explanation in client information slot? Also when can I expect to receive biimetrics request?

Thank you. Big relief for me.

It does not matter as long as you sent the fee. At the initial stage, the documents are not reviewed, they are just accounted for a completeness check.
