May 25 applicant here.

We already received the date of our landing interview last Feb 20.

Any ideas what they do in these interviews?

They'll ask pretty straight forward questions.. ask sponsor if they still want to sponsor, ask you if you have ever committed a crime, make sure you will abide the law, ask when was your last entry into canada. Then stamp your passport and landing letter and thats it.. obviously questions vary but super simple nonetheless..

Hey guys this will likely be my final post. I recieved my PR card in the mail yesterday. Our landing interview was in Calgary on the 14th and they told us a 2 month wait for the card. Now off to visit my family in the states! Good luck to all I wish you the best!

Whats written in the letter they have sent you?Are you having valid status like Work permit or visitor visa?

Hi everyone, another May applicant here. Just wanted to share my timeline so there'd be another data point. Just waiting to get a letter for my landing appointment now, so hopefully it'll all be over soon...

May 18—Application submitted
May 22—Application received
Jun 30—AOR
Aug 27—OWP
Oct 10—Medical request
Oct 31—Medical passed
Feb 7—SA
Feb 11—DM both sides on ECAS
Feb 15—AIP, DM letter

I'm at Etobicoke IRCC as well, and have picked up that there's about a 2-3 week wait between DM and landing appointment scheduling, so with any luck I should be hearing later this week or next week.

I clicked into it but no updates. I never connected the gckey. Attorney handling my application

They accepted app May 16, 2018
Medical done oct 2018
Needed more info to prove our relationship feb 1,2019
SA approved feb 11 2019
Decision posted today.

OK,i know its hard but don't panic. Give it a week or two and they will contact you to inform whats happening. YOu have no choice but to wait. All the best.
