Hello everyone I am filling citizenship application, I stacked on payment fee -I created online services but I forgot my password and answers to questions to recover. so my question is there any way I can create new online services with new email and password? thanks

Anyone received AOR May applicants. Looks like June applicants received. Do they send in email or mail?

Unfortunatley not received...we are just waiting as patiently as possible! Emails usually sent for AOR.

Some of you guys say there is a family of 3 applicants. Did you actually put all the papers in 1 envelope and send it? There is nothing mentioned anywhere about family applications - this is not like PR application. I applied for my wife and will apply for myself in a couple of weeks as our presence time is slightly different. As I haven't seen any info on the possibility of family applications I applied separately.

If you’re applying for more than one person and want us to process your applications at the same time, put all the forms and documents in the same envelope. If there are issues with one of the applications, we may continue to process the rest. If you send the applications in different envelopes, we’ll process them one at a time.

Friend, I had an inquiry from IRCC and yesterday they got back to me. They said they are still processing applications delivered before April 23. Thought this information might be of use for fellow members of this thread. From the trend, it seems to me that in a week we are going to see AORs for May applicants.
