June Applicant here. My application was received on 29th June, 2016. AOR1 received on 19th July,2016. While reading a post in the June thread, I realized that we made a mistake in IMM5669 where my wife only provided her visa rejection information only for Canada. She also had a UK student visa rejection. We are now in the process of sending a case specific inquiry and also we will send a physical copy of the form ( with a cover letter) to CPC-M as my application is still there.

I have a question regarding IMM5669 Q6-

ANSWER=Yes ( we are updating the answer for other country at the moment)

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

ANSWER=No

We assumed that question E means refusal at the border. Or does it mean a refused TRV also? In the newly submitted form should we answer it as yes?

I have seen that in the June thread that some applicants have put yes as the answer for IMM 5669 6(e). Just wanted to know what you guys think about this. Any insight would be highly appreciated.

I have been a silent viewer. I have a quick question. I have been asked to send IMM5440 form again to CPC Mississauga. Should I email them the form or send via mail? They have mentioned that they need original signature on the form.

Also they want
For proof of income requested , provide documents/information for the period from 05/17/2015
to 05/16/2016. If you are unemployed then give written explanation how you are supporting
yourself and how you intend to support you spouse when she come to Canada.

Which documents can I send them?

I have collected the requested documents. Can I just send them via email as an attachment or do I need to take print out and send via Canada post?
Also for the IMM5540 do I need to take a print, sign it, scan it and attach to email?

Called CIC today and they let me know I am approved as sponsor as of yesterday July 20th. May 16th applicant. Now the wait time starts.

Congrats I called them today and they said I got approved and it got transferred to Paris visa office July 18 ;D. I am may 2 applicants Omg I am soooo Happy

No, they let me know email would be sent in batches and it is not sent as of today morning.
