I tried calling again on same number and finally got through after wait time of 11 mins ???

I got a rather nice lady who told me that i have been approved as a sponsor but they forgot to send me the letter.. She put a note on my file for them to send me the letter ;D

Congrats Zaara! I updated your spreadsheets as you said last time you couldn't edit a cell. I made the SA date July 21 which you said was the date they claimed they sent a letter so they had approved you by that date.

Huzzah! We got a DM on our Sponsorship Application We had never gotten our AOR, but I had my husband call and they finally let us log into ECAS and there it was!

wait for your apprival letter in your mail or email. There they will tell you the visa office they transferred it to. Check the procesing times for that visa office. The waiting continues!

Also, i had a question.. I am a quebec applicant. Is it normal to have decision made before getting the CSQ request?

I know! I couldn't believe that our AoR had been given June 26th and after our 4th call we finally were given our UCI number to be greeted with a DM!

I never got AOR either. Just a verbal and my numbers from a nice agent on the call center. Next week , I hope to see a DM for my SA

it will say "Decision Made' under sponsorship
When you click on it it will further say when they sent correspondence. For my case, i got ecas update on the same day i got the SA email. For most, they update about 3-5 days . Some get the email after a week. CiC is not consistent so keep checking. May i know your timeline? And from where is your spouse from? Goodluck to all of us!

I think the next time you are looking for updates on Ecas ,the principal applicant will log in using their name , date of birth and country of origin and that
will be where the next changes will be after SA is already received. This is when the actual PR application is going to be looked at.

Maybe Toffboss will know more, as the process is further along for them.
