Yes most likely just a minor thing like what you mentioned finger print probably because there's someone out there with the same name as you or maybe name change like jimper's case. Hopefully it won't take long.

un fortunately my file instead of going to Surrey Bc is transferred to Vancouver, where i have to write the test. so don't know whether oath will be as per Vancouver waiting time or Surrey Bc waiting time. I live in surrey bc. any idea seniors...

Buy a nonrefundable ticket, and you will get your oath invite soon.

Guess what I did? I rescheduled my trips ( which was with non refundable tickets) so I wouldn't miss the letter that I didn't receive :-\
