My ecas came in with 3rd line added today.

It shows Like below :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 15, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on January 9, 2015.

3. Medical results have been received.

They prob have not started processing my application...

My ECAS looks exactly the same as yours, cee12345! Are you going to pay upfront RPRF?

How do we pay upfront RPRF for a candidate who is outside Canada ?

Hello, I want to give my update:

• Medicals done on January 21 2015
• Medicals submitted to CIC on January 27 2015
• ECAS status now says "Medicals Received"

Currently I am waiting for the processing for the PCC from Mexico, I sent all my relevant papers to the Canadian Embassy on Mexico City for them to request the PCC on my behalf, they were received on January 16. There's not much else I can do for now, there's no way to know when exactly they are going to receive my PCC.

Just to be on the safe side, I asked for GCMS notes on January 30 so I guess they will show whether they have received my PCC or not. I am also going to apply for a BOWP since I don't want to take any chances.

I read on one site that the quota is full and the information on the government site is behind on the figures. No one knows for sure until an official site or statement is produced.

This will only affect those with no AOR and applied around the back-end of last year, if my understanding is correct.

On another forum people who applied after mid-October have had their applications returned due to the quota being met. Yes no aor no cec.

I am May Applicant and Last month I got Request for PCC request for my spouse and me.
But no MR yet.

Any comments ?
