Same here ,i hate this waiting game. God knows how longer we have to wait for any update. I got AOR on11 july . Keep us pisted .

Exactly the same situation mine as well. CIC received my file on 14th May and no MR yet

Same here, mine was received on 12th May. I am an inland applicant so I am waiting for it to be transferred. I received my email AOR on June 23rd, it took them a while to check mine.

Would they notify you if and when they transfer it? I got to know about mine being transferred to Ottawa coz I had emailed them some time back and responded (after 2 months) informing me of the transfer. If I had not emailed them, I doubt if they would have bothered.

This have had happened with me as well. I email Sydney, Nova Scotia to change my address on file. After a 1 or 2 months letter Nova Scotia Immigration department sent me an email stating that my file has been transferred to Ottawa for Processing. The file is no longer with them so they cannot comment on the file form now. Please forward your questions to Ottawa office.


I hope this is common for all the people who updated their information in the file before it goes for processing.

This have had happened with me as well. I email Sydney, Nova Scotia to change my address on file. Same thing happened to me yesterday. I emailed Sydney office back in November for them to update my address and got the exact same reply as above. It must just be a generic message so nothing to worry about. Once the Sydney office get your application and make sure it is complete they then send you your AOR and then they forward your application onto the Ottawa office for final processing.

You can update your address in the Client Application Status (ECAS).

I am sure it is in CPC-Ottawa right now. If you did get your AOR, then your file will be in CPC-Ottawa for processing.

Yes I got my AOR email on 23rd June, they received it on 12th May it feels it took them a while. Just waiting for MR like the rest of you. Luckily I will not get a PPR as I am from the UK.

I think your Medicals are done T.J. but your ECAS is not sowing the results received status...

How many Agree that ECAS sucks....? !!!!!!!!!!
