yes they consider each application as a separate even from the same person, but they use the same medical, language tests, criminality, security checks if they are still valid.

Hello,

Does any one of you know, how much time it takes to get an AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) from HRDSC? This is generally submitted by an employer to assist in immigration purpose.

That's a hell lot of time to get AEO. We should get our medical request by that time.
I am thinking if it is even worth applying for one, as I don't see how it is going to expedite my application processing.

How much time do you think it would take to get PPR after the medical is done?

Does everyone who has received AOR manage to check update on ECAS? I received my AOR 2 weeks ago but I still can't check my status on ECAS. I called the call centre and the automated phone response kept telling me that my application has been received in Sydney on May 17. Any thoughts?

I was able to look up my status 'Application Received' in eCAS 4-5 days after receiving AOR.

not approved but it after medicals there is a much better chance of approval. the majority of refusals are done before the medical stage.

Given the current rate, May applicants should expect the MR by October mid/end... Six months after application filed, seems to be a standard wait time these days.
Has anyone received any query/document request? Might give us some window into which applications are being assessed at the moment.
