I have seen 6 cases in couple of threads here who got medicals in the Sep/Oct time frame and those folks had their file transferred in Nov 2012.

I may be wrong in the observation but when the case is transferred, the VO has service obligation to complete the case in 13 months for FSW2 cases. Delays can happen with the status change etc........but for normal case their service obligation is 13 months.

I called about 7 of them and the one who gave me appointment at the earliest, I went to him.
after the tests on 3rd Sept, doctor called again for physicals, asked some questions........then he may have sent the reports......

for you, it is the time to relax now........you will get the visa soon .....

Sorry for a late update but I got the request to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) and to do my Medicals on 16-Oct-2013.
They also informed that the interview is waived in the same e-mail.

Applied for FBI & Local PCC, waiting for them to be back.
