will CIC notify us via email when the file get transfers from CPC- M to CPC- New Delhi?

cic seems issue aor's by email - and not everyone gets one- and the approvals are a mixture of both emails and regular snail mail.......your file is deemed to be transferred on the day of your approval......and only some VO's issue an aor when file is received...most of them don't......

Hi Rahul,

you traveled from India to Canada and got the marriage certificate given by the church in Canada and later filed your application.. right?

but will the CIC accept a marriage certificate given by a church in India?

Yes, I travelled from Canada to India to get married. And i have attatched marriage certificate from our recognised church in north India. All of the members in my family and relatives have always attatched this way only for Canadian immigration and they never had any issues. i pray everything just get fast as every single day now feels like too much..

Yes it is mandatory to add dependant children, parents and siblings. If any of this information is not disclosed it is misrepresentation and closes of the avenue of certain background checks. Failure to declare also can be seen as falsifying of a legal document.

correct
its very important to answer all the questions they ask. why to have a risk of getting rejecting.

but no one will be accompanying me in my travel and they are not dependent on me.. my siblings got married and settled well in India.. I dont have any children..moreover my father is also working and getting paid...
Adding to that , it is actually a spouse sponsoring his/her wife / husband.. why should we add our parents in the application because the sponsoring wife/husband is not going to sponsor for the parents.. am I right?

Makes no difference, the forms tell you to complete details of ALL children, siblings and parents. If these things are witheld it can be construed as misrepresentation and falsifying of a legal document. You don't choose what part you answer, you answer what questions they pose. With holding information is a serious crime on a legal document

No every single member of your family be it siblings, parents or children (Dependant or not) You maybe getting confused with who needs medicals/ Police checks in which case you would be right but you must disclose all details of family members otherwise it can be classed as misrepresentation.

The form that requires additional family information is IMM5406 and your parents should also be included on form IMM5669

Oh, i have done that. Almost had a heart attack thinking I left that part off somewhere...Phew

it would be extremely nice to have them get to my application by end of July (keeping in mind that Rome is the SLOWEST VO in Europe... double the time than let's Turkey... 6 to 12 months for 80% cases.. sucks....... and even though it's hard not to feel jealous for the 30 days people in late may got their approvals...
