To wait, wait and wait is the most difficult. Even if you send an email, they won't answer you. I think HOPE is the only thing we have now.

I totally agree, it is very difficult and frustrating. But I just want to shed some light and keep everyone's faith and hope up because I know the feeling. All May applicants should at lease be hearing back something from CIC shortly. I know everyone's case is very different and times range but I wish everyone ALL the best. My husband got his PR request last week and got back his passport this morning. and is coming for New years God bless CIC for that. Keep your head up everyone.

We've been stuck on Application Received since the end of July. I'd give anything to see In Process. I was really hoping my wife could have landed by Christmas. Now I'm just hoping for Spring.

Hey, my application NEVER went to in process.

I think every case is unique. I was thinking that the File in PROCESS, is one of their steps,...seeing my husband's file in PROCESS was an other move for me,... :(

don't know if I would go that far, but I sure would like to see something change as well. I have had in my head January, so I expect that is when I will get it passport request. I'm not expecting much to get done past this week. So for those of us still waiting, I'm thinking 2013 is our year.

Still no change for me. I'd like to see "in process" but even then that doesn't really tell you what you want to know.

Oh...the email where they say thanks for your email, please keep your contact to a minimum?

So helpful.

Can someone help me?

I was asked to pay the right of permanent residence fee and the letter says "please send these documents using the enclosed reply label". WHAT IS THE REPLY LABEL??? The only thing that came in the envelope was the letter itself and on that letter is a sticker with a bar code. Is that what I have to send in?

And if I understand correctly, I have to send the receipt to Mississauga. But they're also asking for a valid email address for my husband (the applicant), do I send that to mississauga as well? The letter came from London.

I know that no eCas update doesn't necessarily mean they aren't working on our file. It would just be nice if for no other reason than to give us a glimpse of that faint light at the end of the tunnel. :)

we paid permanent residence after being approved to sponsor,... I hope this will not be a problem :'(

got my PPR Dec.20

I hope there is more movement after the Holidays for all my May friends!

This has been great for us. My husband got his SIN last week and we are moving into a new place in February, in a town that should provide him great opportunity for work.
