Congrats to all who have rec'd great news!! Hopefully there will be more movement this week! I wish there was movement like New Delhi applicants!

I have checked the website and with my UCI number and my husbands status is still application rec'd since July!! This is getting soooo frustrating!

Thank god there's someone else in the same boat!!! Our application has been in since may 9 i think, and still the status is application received

We're applying from outside of canada. Does anyone know if the estimated time we'll be arriving in Canada affects the processing time? Just wondering cuz we stated that we'd be entering NEXT SUMMER, so could that be slowing things down?

CdnRNUSN, my husband's eCAS says the same thing. Just the application received and Medicals received. I'm so anxious to see some movement!

We only went into in process on August 24th, and we were approved on May 30th! In this whole process we have to learn to be patient and it is frustrating!!

I paid 150 euros to DHL (ouch) the package left greece yesterday evening, arrived in Bergamo, Italy yesterday night and today instead of going to Rome, DHL says it is in Leipzig, Germany.

i just checked my ECAS status, it went from "application received" to "in process", its now said they started working on our case on Sept 21th, which is a day after we received our AOR 2 via email and our case was sent to our VO on August 1st.

I totally thought our case would, out of all the cases in the world, be one of the most simple and straightforward cases to process :O Me, a Canadian, sponsoring my husband of almost 15 years. No criminal record. Nothing they could spank me for. Or my husband for that matter. I'm getting so frustrated, so nervous and so downright tired of waiting

I don't know, I'm starting to feel sick just thinking about it :/ I wish there was some place I could call to find out what's going on but since we don't live in canada right now I can't even call the call center for info. I sent email and got an automated reply saying they'll try answering in 28 days. Seriously, this isn't funny anymore.

have you tried calling yet....???? you are way past the time requirements....but my friend just got approval last week and she was an end of April applicant....no reason for the delay....and she had a lawyer do her application..

Can't call since we're not in canada :-[ I tired the number even though it says for those living in Canada only, and it, like I expected, doesn't take international calls. Our Visa Office doesn't take calls period. No number whatsoever that you can call, only an email address. This is torture.
