CIC received my application May 10 and I was sent a mail Aug 8 but still didn't get anything. I called CIC again today and an agent said I wasnt sent a mail but a mail was sent to other department within the CIC office........have anybody ever heard that?......these agents seem not to know no jack !

I don't think you should even take anything seriously from what the agent told you. CIC are very inconsistant in whatever they are doing now adays. My sponsorship approval was sent to my wife the principle applicant instead of my the sponsor by email. Then when i checked e-cas they said a snail mail has been sent to me since july 27th but guess what i never recieved anything and i don't even care about the letter anymore. I think there is a big mess up for CIC to clean up.

ya i just wana make sure they get our medicals lol..its just really weird how they proceed with medicals sent to paris then visa office.. they must have a good system not to loose all this info!

Mine doesn't say meds rcvd either.

Just wondering, when I went to the doc here in Canada, he asked which office the results should be sent to. I said mississagua.... now I am wondering if instead I was meant to say London. Anyone know?

Because you just got your Sponsorship Approval and you are talking about completion of Stage 2. It looks like you're rubbing it in.

You should thank your lucky stars that you got Sponsorship approval after a month while other people wait 100+ days for it.

I received an email from cic giving me a UCI # and application number. They didnt say anything about being approved, they were just saying that they received my application on May 14. I used the ecas and enterd my uci # and also my app # but it says they dont have any info for me. So i dont know. Is that normal. they make me really anxious

Same with me, even i am not able to log in to ecas.
