Nothing yet for me - are there any May 7th or earlier applicants who havent had their CC charged yet?

U actually needed to have made 2 photocopies of all the forms(filled) you sent to CIO before signing them. Now that u want to send full application to ur visa office, the right thing is for u to pick a set of the photocopies(of the originally filled forms) and put original signature.Attach a letter explaining any change and send them to the Visa office.U are not to fill a fresh form.More experienced people may comment pls.
Reading through the application guide b4 26th June(which will be used to assess ur application) carefully, u will find this under "Filling out the application"
Make two photocopies of the original forms.
Original forms:
Sign the original forms and send them to the CIO.
Photocopy 1 – Please refer to the table below.
If the CIO...
Then...
advises you to send a complete application to a visa office
submit your first set of photocopied documents with your original signature to the visa office.
Note: If applicable, make sure to include a letter explaining any changes in your application since your initial submission.
Photocopy 2 – Keep the second set of photocopies for your personal records

What is meant here by "Original Signatures"....a confusing part....copy of signed forms that we sent to CIO or unsigned copy and need to sign it now...

We made 2 copies of the signed and dated application. We sent one to CIO for initial assessment and we kept the other. We are going to submit the one we kept that has the 'original signature and date' to the VO office London.

The original date shows the VO office when we sent the application to the CIO and that we are pre-26 June applicants. There is no 'received by CIO' date on the first AOR only the date that the AOR was sent to us.

i didnt hear till now a single may applicant whose DD has been encashed,.why now so much delay in DD encashment,?I am may4 applicant but waiting,waiting and waiting. :-X

In my opinion, we need to fill new forms which are placed under link in AOR letter.
You are filling it out with the new information (different IELTS makrs, different address or job).
Then in cover letter you describe any change you have from application sent to sydney.

Yes we do have our case no. and yes the info should already be in the VO infomation systems as inputted by the CIO officer. However, it doesn't hurt to be doubly sure they know we are pre 26 June! Our info should hopefully match their data in terms of 'date sent' and received by CIO.

In my opinion, we need to fill new forms which are placed under link in AOR letter.
You are filling it out with the new information (different IELTS makrs, different address or job).
Then in cover letter you describe any change you have from application sent to sydney.

I agree, if there are changes to any of the original forms before submitting to the VO then we do need to reprint and fill out with new info and refer to the changes in the cover letter so that the VO are made aware of these changes.

However if there are no changes then there is no need to fill the application forms in again. I think what we are going to do now is keep the original dates and signatures but also re-sign and date underneath stating 'no changes to the application' and also state in cover letter that there are no changes to the original application.

did anyone notice that amongst list of 60 candidates till may 17, totak21 candidates got response frpm CIO and only 2 got AOR .so i think still 39 candidates will listen gradually.which system they apply in selecting the candidates early i dont know?there is nothing like datewise.

People, can anyone advise me how to obtain a police clearance from Canada? My husband worked there for two years so definitely we need a police clearance for him.
