Actually, you do. If your local visa office already implement GCMS, all new cases will be created/managed due GCMS. All old cases are being finalized through CAIPS. There were guys who ordered CAIPS but CGMS report was received instead.

ECAS is unstable system, order CAIPS(CGMS) instead to know last updated on your case

this table shows appr. number of visas which each visa office is going to issue. also this visas are arranging by category (quebec, prov, fsw)

What is exactly ECAS status - 1) InProcess only or 2) InProcess + Medical has been received if 1) - your application was reviewed (against ministerial instructions - duties according to NOC from list38) and now is under process, you should receive your medical soon if 2) - just ECAS bug...

ecas's malfunction. you aren't the only one with such status (inprocess-med_received)

Hey, I think you should receive your POVL in 2-3 weeks :) as new quotas are received by local VO and they will start issuing visas after several month of silence.
