Masters in canada after 7 years of exp

Hi

I am a Btech Holder and have 7 years of exp in Automobile industry.I am planning to do Masters in Canada.

1. Please suggest if i am selecting right course?
2. Will i get study permit if i apply file for Canada?
3. My wife also want to accompany me after 1 year. Will she be able to get dependent visa?
