Masters for Low GPA students

GRE is mandatory in DalHousie Master's Engg!!!

Is anyone got admission without it?

I have sent an email to Industrial Engg program director and he respond me with the following:

"A bachelor in Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.33, a TOEFL score for applicants whose first language is not English but it can be waived if the applicant has completed a degree at a recognized university where the language of instruction is English. The minimum TOEFL score is (580, 237, 90). The code for Dalhousie University is DI Code: 0915. You are also required to submit your GRE score."

Hello everyone! I completed my BS in telecom from FAST with 2.63 GPA in 2008.. i have more than 3 years of work experience... i applied to Univerisity of Sherbrooke, ETS, Bishops, UQAM, (all of them are in montreal) and got rejected Cry .. can someone plz let me know how can i increase my chances of getting into masters?
