Hello everyone! I completed my BS in telecom from FAST with 2.63 GPA in 2008.. i have more than 3 years of work experience... i applied to Univerisity of Sherbrooke, ETS, Bishops, UQAM, (all of them are in montreal) and got rejected Cry .. can someone plz let me know how can i increase my chances of getting into masters?

2.6 is a very low gpa. You can try to study up for GMAT/GRE and ace the test. That's what I did. But with a 690 GMAT score and 2.95 gpa, I still had a hard time, but was able to convince universities with well written essays and kicking ass during the interviews. Good luck!

If GPA is less than 3.0 it's better to apply to less competitive schools. Their admission policies are less selective.

In any case if GPA is low there's actually nothing that could be done about it. Instead, try to concentrate on other components of application: GRE, personal statement, recommendation letters. This will maximize chances of getting in.

I dont have them anymore guys. Admission process was almost 6 months ago. Have switched computers twice since then, so everything went. Will search around and let you know.

You Can Get Admission At DalHousie University In Course " Meng Internetworking " One of My Friend got accepted with 2.6 GPA There.

Its highly Expensive course thats the Reason very less canadians apply to it..

My Sincere Advice to You is apply as soon as possible and get admission there.

I have seen no one till now in this forum who have been rejected in that course.

Best of luck My Bro... :)
