Marital status update in Express entry

I created my profile in oct 2019, and my marriage was in Dec' 2019.
After marriage i forgot to change my marital status in my express entry profile. Indeed i was not able to make any changes in my status through online portal.

And i got invitation from CIC to appy for PR.
What am i gonna do???

While applying for PR can i tell them that I'm married. ??

You forgot or you couldn't make the change? In any case both are not good enough excuses for IRCC. You were required to update your marital status.

If you got married before ITA, your points will be recalculated. And if they are below the cut off score after adding spouse your application will be rejected. If the score is still above cut off you can add spouse.

And yeah my wife is a citizen here and she doesn't accompany in this application, so it's not going to change my points.

Then how can I let them informed that I'm married.
While applying or b4 application for PR.?
