I saw some forum updates on calling cic to know the decision. you dont want to call to know so that you can wait without any tension. It should have been approved.

13 weeks in process almost 3 months :o :o really didn't think be in process for this length of time !! :'(

I gotta be the applicant that is behind the most. March 18 2014 applicant. I don't even have IP :/ They recently asked for medical reassessment for my wife.

If CIC requests additional documents or medical reassessment from you, its a sign that someone is working on your file, at least.

One of my friend who was Sept applicant, Paid his RPRF on May 22 and got his PPR. I am happy for him but from CIC part this is not right. I am still on Application Recieved. :(

Hey all,
I called CIC call center twice this week. Both time agent was not nice, did not even bother to ask me the file number. Seems like they stopped giving updates on application. And yesterday one of them said 16 month is not fix processing time, it's just an idea that CIC have been finalizing 80% of the case in 16 month, but not a guaranteed time period. Which is really sad to hear. Well one side they are going forward and given ppr to September 2014 applicant and other side still Jan, Feb, March, April 2014 applicants waiting

Just an update on my application. I just got In-Process status on ECAS. Below in my timeline

1. Application received in April 2014.
2. Medical done in July 2014.
3. Spouse added in October 2014.
4. Spouse's medical done in December 2014.
5. IP in June 2015.

Not sure how much more time are they gona take.
