App Received April 14, 2014. IP since Jan 26, 2015
Called CIC this morning and the guy said that there was an update on my file on Feb 24th (yesterday) that everything seemed okay and it's towards the end of my application.
But he had no idea how long it would take them to finalize it.
Fingers crossed for DM or PPR :)

Guys just a quick question

Is it possible to change jobs after getting our PR and doing out Landing? or do we have to stick with the same employer for a certain period of time?

Not all all. You can quit your job as soon as you land. Infact, you can quit your job as soon as you get your passport request. A Canadian PR can move across anywhere in the country and pick any career or study in any field that he or she sees fit. Why do you think we all are applying for a PR? hehe Good luck mate.

Not really. As far as I know, once you get your PR you have to get your permanent SIN number first from Services Canada (The ones that start with 6). Once you get your new SIN Number, Services Canada notifies of SIN Change to all your creditors and service providers (Banks, your utilities service providers, Equifax) as well as your existing Employer. If you wish to continue working with your existing employer (which I don't think you do lol), you will need to provide them with the new SIN confirmation letter/SIN Card. Hope this helps, Good luck!
