I feel like my application is stuck.

My GCKey shows: "June 13 – Final Decision: Application is in progress." Usually, most people receive their PPR within a day or two after this status, but I haven't received anything yet.

I called IRCC and was informed that my file was transferred from the Sydney Visa Office to the Mississauga Visa Office.

This is an outland application submitted on March 24, 2025.

I'm not sure when I’ll receive an update. Is anyone else stuck in this limbo?

I did receive the PPR on June 20th, but it belongs to another applicant—a complete stranger. It was an error made by IRCC. I've reported the issue and I’m hoping to receive mine soon.

Biometric and medical updated : May 1st 2025 and may 5th 2025
Pre arrival services email : May 7th 2025
Final decision update : June 19th 2025
Passport request letter/information letter : June 20th 2025

I received the PPR for the wrong applicant on my GCKey account on June 19. After reporting the issue and submitting a webform, IRCC corrected the error and sent the correct PPR on June 24.
