Outland Spousal PR from India
Submitted 29th March 2025
Biometrics completed.
Sponsorship approval: May 7th (Came from Sydney, but does not indicate which office file would be transferred to)
Medicals completed- May 12th

Tracker indicates that eligibility has not started, but BC is in progress.
GC key indicates that we are reviewing your eligibility; BGC is not applicable.

Finding it difficult to know the source of truth. Reading the forum, it appears that most people who have received their pre-arrival letters , we have not received ours yet, which worries me.

I'm in a similar situation as you are, and can't help but think about this a lot, every day as a matter of fact. The only major differences between yours and ours are 1) we have a conjugal sponsorship application and 2) PA is not from India.

I can't underatand why it takes too long to pass the eligibility!!! Sponsor's eligibility already passed long time ago.. I'm working with a lawyer, so I can't check gckey. I hope my husband's eligibility is reviewing too..

I hear you. There needs to be better transparency for sure. Based on what I've been seeing here and in other similar forum threads, there's a lack of consistency as to which files get processed more quicker than others. It can be due to many factors such as PA's home country, travel history, and sponsor ties, just to name a few. The best thing we can do is wait – there's only so much we could do at this point.
