March 2025- Outland Spousal Sponsorship

Hi folks

My wife (PA) submitted her spousal sponsorship application on May 17, 2025 and I (Sponsor) received AOR on Jun 10, 2025. I've tried multiple times to create an account on [https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register] using the correct tab "Principal applicant or sponsor" but no success! I always get the stupid message below, and the same for my wife - we both use the correct UCI and application number. I searched this forum in detail and most users say it takes 24-72 hours to be able to sign up. Any one having the same issue that it has been more than 3 days and still can't create an account?

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I remember it taking longer than two days for my application tracker to work, but I'm unsure exactly how long it took. Have you tried linking the application to your GCkey tracker? The GC tracker is more current, and is where you get emails/notifications about biometrics/medical. I wouldn't worry too much about it at the moment, as I'm sure you will be able to track it eventually.

My husband (sponsor) had an account with the application tracker, but in the end it didn't show much. Most of the information will be sent to the PA. The only thing that updated for him was that his eligibility was complete, but he also received an email about it.

No update more than 2 months now. Waiting for g note for 6 weeks as well.

I feel like my application is stuck.

My GCKey shows: "June 13 – Final Decision: Application is in progress." Usually, most people receive their PPR within a day or two after this status, but I haven't received anything yet.

I called IRCC and was informed that my file was transferred from the Sydney Visa Office to the Mississauga Visa Office.

This is an outland application submitted on March 24, 2025.

I'm not sure when I’ll receive an update. Is anyone else stuck in this limbo?

Based on other people's timelines being shared in this thread, I think 2+ months of no updates is par for the course, but there should be updates in the coming weeks if everything checks out.
