How do we know the office where application was submitted? I need to provide this for submitting a release document.

If you applied through Express Entry, you can submit documents by raising webform.

Ircc asked for IMM 5475 form or you want someone to check your application status?

AOR is 24th March and IRCC requested for IMM 5475 form. I think when I submitted the application back in March I had opted in to have the same shared with my spouse but never added the IMM 5475 thats why I guess I got this request.

they are taking longer to give out BIL for some reason. It takes a week between two consecutive dates. Given that March 28th got it on 7th June, you might get it late next week or the week after

No! People with January 22 AOR are getting their CoPR now. And for inland applicants the processing time are faster.
