Congrats, March Aor seems to be processed much faster than I thought. Since you were Sydney VO, do you remember other Background Check statuses and the dates they changed?
The Background Check status was always " We are reviewing ..." for me from the beginning. On April 29, 2021, I received a GU.
Today, after the approval, IRCC updated all the dates in the profile. I found that the Background Check was completed on 29th April 2021.
What I feel, providing the RCMP expedites the BGC process.

Congrats
I uploaded rcmp on 20 th march and since 20 April my additional document is under review
What you think
Should i call to ircc?
Yes, you should call them immediately. If you call them then the agent speaking to you always leaves a note or updates some log which becomes visible to the working VISA officer. In that way, your concern will be highlighted to him. However, I would not encourage one to call frequently. One may call IRCC once a month to check the status of their application.

Do you or your dependent applicant (if any) have any medical condition?
