Don't be surprised if it ends up in Ankara or Abu dhabi. Once it is out of country they can send it to any visa office depends on work load at that office.

Application sent- February 27,2019
Application received- March 1,2019
Aor1- April 5, 2019
Biometrics request- April 26,2019
Medical Request- April 27,2019
Application forwarded to CPC Missisauga- May 2,2019
My appointment for biometrics enrollment and medicals is on May 9&10,2019
