Yes, this is the procedure IRCC is adopting. Only after oath ceremony the DM will be replaced by Complete. Nothing to worry. At the most you may contact customer care xxx xxx 2100 they will explain you , in my case I have some doubt and after contacting CC representative I am no satisfied. Wish uyou an early oath ceremony.

Hi all, i called cic and they told me its updated on your status tht passed test on feb 11th and next step will be oath and backgrounds checks has been done... but my status still showing in process not changed to decision made yet.. please explain

my application was received on April01,2019 and is in process since July31,2019.
No updates after that. They asked me to submit the Fingerprints which i did in August.
No test invitation yet.
is it normal?

Sadly yes, it is normal. They have time till April 2020 to Decision Made, so hold tight for couple more months..

I called earlier today for an update. They told me my packet has already cleared background and security. Last thing to do is schedule the test invite. But apparently the office in St. Johns, NL is too busy, so they've sent the packet to Halifax, NS for "work-sharing," i.e. Halifax, NS will finish up the packet and send it back to St. Johns, NL. The rep told me to call back on March 16 if I haven't heard anything by then....so let's see - that's about 26 days away. I am fully expecting there to be no action/update by the deadline....we'll see I guess.

Yeah you should definitely do that. My application was received on April01,2019 so i will be calling them on Second.
