I have requested my notes but haven't received them yet. Have called but no progress has happened in months. And have sent Web forms receiving the same template reply everyone else is receiving...

Can anyone who has actually used Fongo app, tell me briefly how it works. As per my experience when I call 888-242-1200 they ask me enter 5 digit zipcode. So letus say I entered any zipcode of US, then they give me some address and contact number... then nothing further. What am I supposed to do with that information? How would I reach CIC?

Not sure about this but u can contact there support, when i signed up from US, i did not face and issues like this.They also have website you can log into. Support /Customer service is ur best bet.

Yes, the bar has disappeared for me too. Seems like just random update or maybe they change it once certain time period from 6 mnths elapse. My AOR is 24th; not raising my hopes on this change though.

For passport submission, you need not book an appointment. Its a walk in facility. However, passport submission is allowed only on weekday.
