I created a webform and in reply they are saying that they had sent a mail on 23 rd October. I never got this mail. Please suggest what shall I do as it is already one month now since they sent the mail. How can I contact them from outside Canada?

No progress here either. Recent inquiry all came back with that 'in the queue for review by an Officer' reply. Counting on 260 days today :-(

You may get update till December as they are working on February AOR applicants right now.

Have you checked your spam!
Though it might have got deleted yesterday

Hello everyone. So I have finally come to the end of my pr journey..this is my timeline
FSW inland
ITA- Feb 20 2019
Aor- March 3rd 2019
MED passed- 15th April 2019
Then there was complete silence for months. I ordered my first gcms note and received it on July 17, nothing had started. I called several times and emailed Ralph goodale once still eligibility and security was not started, criminality was in progress..
Initial VO- Montreal
File was transferred from Montreal to Windsor on July 24th
Then to London ontario on Sept 18.
On Sept 17, I got my 2nd Ghost update..
Sept 18- made a call to cic and I was told that my application has been approved....
Then another long wait after approval...
November 16th- got a landing appointment from ircc London ontario
November 20th - landed at ircc London ontario office.
The landing procedure was very straightforward and I was done in less than 30 mins..

Nationality - Indian

Initial Visa Office - Ottawa VO

Current Visa Office - Sydney, Australia (Was informed via email on the 4th of August 2019)

1. EOI Submitted - 16th January 2019

2. ITA Received - 23rd January 2019

3. eAPR/AOR - 22nd March 2019

4. Medical Exam Passed/Biometrics Collection Letter - 6th May 2019

5. Biometrics Submitted - 24th of May 2019

6. Spouse Documents Submitted via Webform - 4th July 2019

7. ADR - Relationship Questionnaire, Spouse Medical Request and Travel Information - 12th July 2019, ADR Submitted - 2nd August 2019

8. Spouse Medical Exam Passed - 27th July 2019

9. Spouse Biometric Instruction Letter - 29th October 2019

10. Spouse Biometrics Completed - 4th November 2019

11. Received PPR - 20th November 2019

Not sure if I received any ghost update. But there might have been one on the 20th of November 2019. Checked the IRCC account after receiving the PPR email.

They have asked me to submit the passports to one of the offices in Australia, Fiji or New Zealand. Now the problem is I am residing in Mumbai, India, and I have informed IRCC to change my contact details 3 times in the last 30 days, but I did not receive any response from IRCC and my application was still being processed in Sydney, Australia.

Can someone please guide me how to submit the passports to the Sydney, Australia VFS office? Do I really have to submit the passports to Sydney, Australia or can I just submit the passports to Mumbai, India VFS office?

You will get remedical Request or Medical extension within an month and then after that PPR.

I think you might try to call them or you may ask the VFS in India.
If I may ask, why did you chose Canada? Why you did not apply for PR(or whatever they call it) in Australia?
