Hi,

I received the pre arrival services email 4 hours ago and then checked my ECAS as I was not sure what it meant and was wonderfully surprised to see it changed from “in process” to “decision made”. I had checked earlier and it was still in process so it must have changed the same time the email was sent.

Yes it went into process on the 20th September

Received our 2d GCMS notes - no progress....Eligibility, security, criminality are not started. Even no notes about our eligibility at all.....

Feel the same...I was just so hoping to hear good news before Christmas....but now I realized that its unlikely to happen..At this point I cannot do anything....but continue waiting.

I have received my pre arrival services email on 7th november but still no change on ecas. It is still in process

I received my pre arrival service email two weeks before receiving PPR, so there is nothing to worry about from your end yet, it might take a couple more days before receiving PPR, but it will happen very soon!

So its mean it is a good sign? Do u think i will get my PPR soon aswell even there is no updates on ECAS?

It should mean that. In my case, we received the pre arrival services letter on October 26th, and PPR yesterday morning. My ECAS still said "in process" even after receiving PPR, it only got updated to "decision made" a couple of hours later.

Great. I got pre arrival on 7th november and on 9th november my BGC has started

your post is confusing as it says you got passport request then you didnt get ppr... did you or did you not receive a request for a passport request? if you did then follow the instructions.. if you didnt, then call CIC and ask them to resend the communication

I get a passport request but i didn't get PPR still.They said its still processing..They need addition documents as my passport for further processing...As well in ECAS ,my satus is saying "Decision Made".
