Following the request for an interview from LA vo they just sent me the medical request. As i am in a vacation outside the usa I should be able to do the medical exam in the country that I live now.

Use the existing call centre no to check the automated status messages. We have a rep too so can't link our application but the automated messages are a replica of the GC key.

Just FYI for all NDVO applicants Delhi does not seem to be updating when the BGC begins but it probably begins when u get AOR2. They seem to update the BGC when it's actually done coz the very next day ECAS shows a decision made so if your stressing coz NDVO hasn't started your background check yet, don't coz they probably have!

Hi I saw on a previous thread that you have a Canadian TRV. I was wondering what potential redflag could have warranted the request for interview. Did you declare your marital status on the TRV application? I'm also a student in the US and I'll be getting sponsored soon. Good luck in your interview!

My file was received by cic on feb 3,2017. Medical received on april 2017. But they did not get my background form yet so i submitted it again on monday. I am going to mail this form too. I called cic call centre, they said my file is still in mississauga. They are waiting for document. Before i thought my file is in new delhi but its not. Now i am worried . We will have to wait long time for decision. Background check has nt started yet. No update after april

They will transfer your file only after they have received your scheudle A and attached it to your application. Do not waste time, send it asap. Delhi does the background check. Our files reached Delhi more than a month ago, we are March applicants.Currently Jan and Feb applicants are getting decision made and PPR.
