The UCI number you got belongs to the sponsor. If you use that number, you have to enter in the Sponsor's information.
The Application/File number you use with the applicants information :)
Both give you the same information, pretty much. If the sponsor logs in, they'll see two boxes: one for the primary approval of the sponsor, and one for the PR application for the applicant.
If the applicant logs in, they'll only see their half of the PR application, not the half about sponsorship approval.

Also - ECAS is generally very delayed. It normally is not updated very often. For example, my ECAS says 'decision made' under sponsorship approval and that I'll be receiving a letter in the mail, although I received my approval a month ago :)
So don't worry that much about it!

Thanks for sharing that. I thought that was the case since I could not log in after receiving the AOR couple fo days ago. I will try again at the end of this week.
 
So, any idea how long SA takes after recieving the AOR? From what I read on this forum, it seems to vary a lot.
 
Our spreadsheet is kind of wild looking at the moment.
Can anyone fix it?
I don't want to mess with it.

It really does vary! I got mine a week or so after my AOR, some people get theirs the same day as their AOR. Someone from the January thread still doesn't have their SA :( I would say that after a week, if you're past the estimated time on the website, you should call CIC and ask about it.

I added MsRuby.

MsRuby, if you know the date it was received based on tracking we can update that.
I just guessed next day so that the formula would work properly on the spreadsheet.
(otherwise it would show the date of AOR instead of a number)

Hopefully that's okay
 
We got our AOR on 03/28/2014, and today I am able to log into ECAS. Right now it just says "application received". Hope to see some more AORs this week on here. :)

MrJB, thanks but I wasn't on the thread until someone added me today. I'm on the Port if Spain thread spread sheet. I'm from Guyana but applying from the US. I don't know which vo will handle my application until I hear back from them.

Hi Twelfty12, the email stated that it it was received on 03/03/2014, which is the same day my lawyer said she mailed it out.
