CIC sents mail by the slowest possible snail mail i think, or atleast that is what it was in our case, we got AOR and after one week when we called them they said, they had sent letter on the same day. But we receivved it after 10 days. so keep your fingers crossed - but you will eventually get the letter.

Thank you I will definitely have my fingers crossed and keep an eye for the snail mail.......hopefully it's approved, as we chose to withdraw our application if my sponsor got denied. I posted some threads in the forum before as my husband(my sponsor) wasnt in a good situation for sponsor, no option C, received social assistance for 3 month before we applied, even so we did the best we could to put things together.

We are in the same boat Mikey! Tomorrow will be the 34th day for our application received by CPC-M, my husband in Canada will phone them on Friday(Canada time).

Ok wonderful people! We just got approved and application is forwarded to visa office abroad, we got Aor yesterday and SA this morning. That's the good news . All 21st applicant keep your fingers crossed . It should be your turn today and tomorrow .plz admins can you update our timelines ?

It's the government so I am guessing that they would use nothing more expensive than standard air mail through Canada Post. I bet you can get some sort of idea from the Canada Post website.

The message that says the. Sent mail to you is just a generic message. If you put your email address on the application, then they should have emailed the SA to you.

that should take like 6 to 10 days then , we sent each other a package And it took 8 days to get to Canada from Accra . Fingers crossed , there are two February applicant whose package got to Accra in February but hasn't heard from them and they haven't start working on thier application so we can't be bothered right now at all. Just gonna praying our application get there safely

Hey guys, I know I already asked this question from another thread but I really have to know ASAP. Do any of you guys sent a scanned application form ? We realized that one of the forms has to have my signature (Sponsor) and my wife's signature(applicant) and it will take again another 5-7 business days if she will send it through snail mail. Thank you in advance!

I would send the scanned copy in asap with a letter saying the original is on its way through the mail.
