I'm pleased to tell that I got my AOR and SA today on April 1, 2014.

Did they come at the same time or several hours apart?

No, the person being sponsored to Canada is the applicant. The Canadian is the sponsor, meaning your husband. So you have to use your husbands info, and the UCI number in the email that was sent. Also the receipt number won't work.
I would suggest waiting a couple days.

No problem. And actually I didn't send my meds in at the beginning. Just do it soon, and once your application is sent to your processing office, send the e-medical paper there.

they request a IMM1017B UPFRONT signed by the doctor which they didnt send it to me,should the doctor have a bunch of IMM1017B already or i need further notice from cic?

No, you don't need that form - I just got an e-medical form that the doctor printed out. You send that in with the application and they can match it to your file.

In our case since we already sent in the applications without medicals, you send that e-medical form with a cover page stating the sponsor's UCI number, File Number (it'll be along the lines of FXXXXXXXXX), names and date of birth of both you and your husband, and state that you're sending in proof of completed medical.

Although some came at the same time, for the most part, they do not come at the same time and the information contained in the AOR and SA are different. I think the AOR comes from the first CIC agend who opens the package and makes sure all the forms are there, and then that person passes it on to the processing CIC agend.

It looks like that email was your sponsorship approval, which means your application has been sent to the visa office that will process your application. If you can, get your hubby to read the whole letter - if you haven't done your medicals, it should have a note about it.

For example mine said:

"This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of 'hubby's name'.
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing."
Then it listed the visa office it's going to. And then said:

An original Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Up-front Medical Notification information sheet has not been provided. Your relative(s) must complete the medical and once completed forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative must also forward the medical information directly to the visa office (CPP OTTAWA) to allow continued processing of his/her application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative’s application.

That is the important part. You then need to do your medical (as soon as possible if you can) and send in the e-medical sheet you will get when you go to a CIC approved panel physician, along with a copy of your Sponsorship Approval letter that your hubby got in his email account.

Hey everyone. I had a prenatal appointment this morning so I missed the excitement. Congrads Mr JB. I hoped you would get SA at the same time, but one is better than nothing at all.

I have sent a private message to Lomi90 to find out if she has any updates.
I am going to move Nini down off of the spreadsheet, the only one with that exact username shows that she hasn't been active on this site since 2008 so I'm going to move it to the bottom unless someone comes forward and says something, letting us know that they are an active member on here.
