Actually i had my Application assessed by an immigration lawyer. Only after his confirmation that my points are being 67 or more i had applied. Thus Pre assessed.

I m also waiting for RBVO status.bt something I noticed in spread sheet on of NDVO applicant got per 21st apri; his status changed into RBVO bt u got per on 19april ur status did not changed!!!u got same vo then why ur status not changed into RBVO!!!I m also worried as I got per on 26 april bt no status update till then :o

I think I'm going to be talking only to spicysank...he is the only one not worried yet! :D :D :D

my dear casayed, I can understand you are a bit worried watching the spreadsheet. I also check it so much trying to estimate but... who knows? We might receive first our AOR and later an update at the e-cas. Or we might get an update at e.g. 5th of June saying that "your app was rbvo at the 20th of May"! These things have happen to some. Or we might get a normal update this week. That's also fine by me.. hehe...

Well guys you all look too much worried about your 2nd AOR and e-cas status I have noticed some of you applied and received PER after my PER date which I received last week, If we look into it my status is still CIO ER Complete. And those of you worried about 2nd AOR must take/ consider my application dates and e-cas status. I am also worried about it but not because what has to happen will happen.

So take my example who received PER after 8 weeks and 3 days but it was dated 28th of April. And my analysis are they are doing good with our applications but are a little bit lazy updating our status.

Take is easy and enjoy life.

Thanks
Wicky

Hi Everybody,

Well the "what is to be done, will be done" has nothing to do with giving up or not caring. I just noticed that some members get too much stressed and absorbed in this whole process and they are missing out on other things in their daily life, or even worse they put their life in pause mode till they get a reply.
No matter how many posts we have in this forum the bottom line is one. We already sent our application and it has taken its own course. If it's incomplete they send it back, if they give PER then we wait for AOR, if we get AOR then we wait for "in process", etc. There is not much we can do to change what we submitted (and I'm not talking about unique cases who face problems - we are here also trying to help those,eh?). If I check the e-cas 10 times/day (not glad that I admit, but I do check all the time myself), it won't speed up my process and it won't change the outcome....
And another bottom line, there are higher chances of getting a NER than a negative AOR from the VO (according to some statistics I saw somewhere here in the forum; hope it's true), so I believe that most of us in this thread will have a positive outcome!
Good luck to all of us boys and girls, I believe we will make it through all this somehow :)

Now let me go check my e-cas once more :P
