I have friends in Manitoba and they are willing to sponsor me to immigrate through MPNP,
Can i immigrate using this program?

If No, May i know my options ?

I have another question before i apply, I know my friend two years ago through the internet. Do u think i have chance to apply on these situation? although i have visited Manitoba before more than a year on a student visa but i did not start my studies for personal reasons and came back to my home country.

Any two of your friends, living in Manitoba for last one year as Ca. Citizens or Permanent residents can sponsor you. They need to sign MPNP MASS forms although. No matter, how your friendship started. However, they will be interviewed and they need to be positive and truthful about you.
