I already have a EE profile created. How can i apply to Manitoba under EE Substream ? I have to select Manitoba as desired Province in EE Profile. Do I have to create a MPNP EoI as well.
I hope u have some kind of connection to the province of Manitoba as in bro..sis...parents....or friend. Without that connection, u can't apply to Manitoba
