Guys, I really need your help, me and my partner is confused regarding OUT LAND application. We are both here in Canada. I just have a querstions regarding inland
1. If CIC will request for my passport and send it directly through CVAC manila, can I send my passport through courier instead going back to Philippines just to give the passport to them?
2. what problems or issues that we might encounter if we go to out land application?
4. How about the NBI clearance, can we request for the NBI clearance if we are not presently in the Philippines?
