Hi beth ... there are 3 columns when you check your ECAS ... first should be your name since you are the one being sponsored ... 2nd is the sponsorship application status it should say decision made since you mentioned your husband was already approved ... 3rd is the permanent residence application status it should say application received as of the moment since you are still waiting for passport request (that's the next step)beth73 said:
Basing on my experience I believe your application is already in Manila. Usually it takes 6 months from the time Manila has received your files before they give you a notification of your passport request. If you receive your sponsorship approval through email they will also send you your passport request through email. Personally the wait is too long for me but hey what can we do that's the process
