Manila/Is medical received a sign of approval??

My partner opened ECAS yesterday and it says decision made.

It does not say medicals received. We have a very strong case and will be very surprised if refused. However I see most completed applications in Manila show medicals received, decision made.

Anyone get visa when ECAS shows decision made only?

I went through a different visa office so this might not help you much, but our ecas didn't show 'medicals received' until a week after we received the visa.

It means nothing untill you get the passport request then you know your approved.
