With Manila Embassy they do not request the medicals if the application is refused. I have read of 4 refusals and it says in ECAS decision made but it does not say medicals recieved. If it says they have received medicals it is good news. The visa will arrive soon. Regards, Raymond.

If your ECAS shows decision made and you have not been requested to attend an interview then you are going to get a Visa. They will not deny a PR visa request unless they interview the applicant first. Be happy, thousands are waiting to hear DM. Regards, Raymond
