Making express profile should i select yes or no under nomination certificate

I am already nominated under OINP international student with job offer.( non express entry). On the other hand i have enough points to get into express entry and get ITA. while Making express profile should i select yes or no under nomination certificate? as the certificate i have doesn't give 600 points and it is not valid for express entry.

Select YES, otherwise when they find out you already had a paper based nomination when you filled in your profile and selected NO this could be interpreted as misrepresentation.

If you choose to go through with EE then explain in a LoE that you already have a paper base process ongoing that you will withdraw as soon as your EE process is approved.

I havent applied for federal paper base application yet. but will explain that i have nomination already.
One more thing , reference letter that i sent during nomination was just simple letter from my employer (didnt focus much on duties). Can i send new reference letter with more explained duties while applying for express entry.?
P.S- job titles and everything else is same. I just want my employer to explain duties in better way

If the nomination was issued BEFORE you applied for EE then you should select yes. If you haven't applied yet then mention that in your LoE - that even though you have a paper based nomination you chose to go with EE because it's faster.

You should make sure that you letter mentions at least 60% of the duties related to your NOC. They don't have to be described in great detail, but should not be neglected either. The officer needs to be convinced you perform those duties and not something else that could be classified as a skill C or lower.

The letter i had before had some duties copied from NOC website ( mistake done by HR). So looking at other people's experience here, it is not good to copy duties. So i just want them do rewrite duties so that they dont look copied. Is it okay to submit different letter.?

Yes, not only is it OK, but it's recommended that the reference letter be recent so get a new one after (or no more the 6 weeks before) your ITA.
