Low cgpa, wanted to do MEng in chemical engineering

I have done BTech in chemical engineering with cgpa of 7.2/10 from Nirma University
10th - 85%
12th - 81%

IELTS score 7 with none below 6

I wanted to do MEng in chemical engineering course from university

Can I get admission in university? Which one ?

Or should I get work experience first to improve my profile ?

With 2 years of experience can I get admission ?
