It this reliable information? He already reported to police. You think he can go to airport and flight to Canada?

No he can't just go to the airport. He needs to contact the closest Canadian embassy or consulate and see if they can coordinate getting an emergency travel document or RTD. Has he reached out to the Embassy/consulate?

Ok fair point but travel within the EU for EU citizens isn't really considered international travel even though it technically is.

Guys, a friend lost his travel document and some other docs while abroad. There is no embassy or consulate in that country, but there is VAC. How he is gonna leave that country? What is your advice?
