with just 11 Days of buffer, If i apply for PRTD, i will risk my travel just waiting to get the PRTD issued.
So i ruled out applying PRTD. I have submitted the webform. Fingers crossed.

Yes, I'd keep that 'option' only for emergencies. (To be clear)

@Ponga Is it a good idea to submit a webform requesting urgent processing of my PR card application, which has now been pending for more than three months, since I need to make a short trip to India to be with my daughter for her upcoming birthday?

Would IRCC consider the emotional difficulty of being separated from my wife and young daughter for an extended period while waiting for my family’s sponsorship application to be processed? Would mentioning these circumstances strengthen my request for urgent processing, or could it potentially have a negative impact, particularly with respect to my residency obligation? Thanks.

I agree with armoured - won't hurt to ask, low confidence that it'd change anything. In fact, since your wife and daughter have or can get TRVs to visit you, I think that makes the case slightly weaker overall (as compared to someone who had no other options to meet with family) though I may be overthinking it.
